Our tour prices are quoted in USD per person, based on twin or double occupancy in a room. Prices vary depending on your travel season, group size, hotel category, and special requests.
All quotations include accommodation, daily breakfast, sightseeing tours with an English-speaking guide, transfers by private vehicle, and entrance fees unless stated otherwise.
Prices exclude international flights, personal expenses, travel insurance, tips, and visa fees.

Once you have agreed on the tour itinerary and pricing, we will send you an email confirmation along with detailed payment instructions. You can then choose your preferred payment method and proceed according to the following terms:

. Tour Bookings: A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be settled before your trip or upon arrival.

. Flight, Hotel, or Train Ticket Bookings: Full payment (100%) is required in advance for all flight, hotel, and train ticket reservations.

Payment Methods: The balance can be paid by cash, credit card, or bank transfer. We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express.
Please note that credit card payments incur a 3% bank commission fee.

After receiving your deposit, our team will process your booking and send a confirmation via email within 1–2 working days.

If you have any specific dietary requirements (such as vegetarian, vegan, or food allergies), please inform us in advance. We will notify our restaurants, tour guides, and partners accordingly to ensure you receive the best possible service throughout your journey.

We apply a non-refundable deposit of USD 10 for hotel and air ticket bookings, and USD 100 per person for tour packages upon service confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:

. 30 days or more before arrival: No cancellation fee.

. 29–14 days before arrival: 10% of the total tour cost will be charged.

. 13–7 days before arrival: 40% of the total tour cost will be charged.

. Less than 6 days before arrival: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

. No show: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

• Infant (under 2 years old): Free of charge for land services and 25% of airfare.

• Child (under 12 years old, sharing room with adults without extra bed): Charged 50% of the adult land tour cost and 85% of airfare.

• Child (under 12 years old, sharing room with adults with extra bed): Charged 80% of the adult land tour cost and 85% of airfare.

• Child aged 12 years and above: Charged 100% of the tour cost.

Deposit: When the booking is completely confirmed, we will send you confirmation details, including confirmed itinerary, invoice, voucher then deposit request of about 30% of the total tour cost (can be less). You can pay by credit cards (via OnePay gateway, pay online), make a wire transfer, Western Union. The deposit is used to pay for the flight tickets, hotels, and train tickets in advance.

Balance: You can pay the rest 2 weeks before your arrival, or you can pay us on your arrival in Vietnam by credit cards, cash (AUD, USD, EUROS, VND…)

Like PayPal, OnePay is a payment gateway but specializes in Vietnam, where PayPal has not yet reached. This is a perfect and the first payment processor that gains a reputation among clients for its efficiency and timely, friendly support.

OnePAY, in cooperation with the biggest bank in Vietnam, Vietcombank which has implemented this service among many tour operators in Vietnam.

OnePAY is approved by MasterCard for this payment collection on our behalf. OnePay uses SSL Verisign® over internet transactions under the 3D-Secure program by respective credit card companies, so you are free from worries that your card information disclosed. OnePay payment portal also meets standards of the international financial system, such as PCI DSS of PCI Security Standards Council, 3D-Secure of Visa, MasterCard, and JCB.

Yes. We can assist with international air tickets upon request, especially for connecting flights between Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Thailand. Please note that airfare quotations are subject to airline availability and may change until the ticket is issued. However, we advise you to buy flight tickets in and out of Vietnam from your end, as it is cheaper than booking them here.

We offer special rates for early bookings, small groups, family trips, or returning guests.

We understand that plans may change. We will do our best to make changes without penalty, but fees may apply if services (hotels, cruises, flights, etc.) have already been confirmed and charged by suppliers.
Any additional costs (if applicable) will be clearly communicated before changes are made

To ensure availability and smooth arrangements, we recommend booking at least 30 days in advance.
However, for urgent cases, we can handle last-minute bookings depending on service availability.

Refunds depend on the cancellation policy and supplier conditions. We always aim to refund the maximum possible amount after deducting unavoidable charges. All refunds are made by the same payment method used for booking.

To obtain a Vietnam Visa on Arrival, LuxeTravel Asia will send you an official Visa Approval Letter before your trip.
Steps:

1. Print the approval letter and prepare two passport photos (4×6 cm).
2. Bring cash (USD) to pay the visa stamping fee at the airport.
3. Show your documents at the Visa on Arrival counter upon arrival at the Vietnam airport.
4. Receive your visa and continue to the immigration area.

In most cases, guides and drivers have separate meals, especially during group or family tours.
However, during homestays or special cultural experiences, your guide may join you upon your invitation.

You can exchange foreign currency at:

• Banks
• Authorized money exchange counters
• Major hotels
  Avoid Street exchanges for safety reasons.
  Vietnam’s official currency is the Vietnam Dong (VND).

Yes, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) are widely accepted in hotels, restaurants, and shops in major cities.
In rural areas, cash is preferred, so we recommend carrying small amounts of VND for daily expenses.

It’s not mandatory, but if you have any chronic health conditions or take regular medication, please bring your medical summary and prescription.
We advise travelers to have travel insurance covering medical emergencies.

You can exchange unused VND back into foreign currency at the airport before departure, keeping your exchange receipt.
Alternatively, you may keep small bills as souvenirs or tips for service staff.

Tipping is not compulsory but highly appreciated in Vietnam.

For authentic products, shop at reputable stores or local cooperatives recommended by your guide.
Always check prices and receipts before purchase — bargaining is common in local markets.
