Welcome to LuxeTravel Asia. By accessing or using our website (the “Site”) or our travel services (the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our Site or booking any services.

I. General User Agreement

1. Purpose of the Site
   LuxeTravel Asia provides travel information, planning tools, and customized travel services across Vietnam and the broader Asia region. By accessing the Site, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Copyright & Use of Content
   All text, graphics, design, and other materials on this Site are the intellectual property of LuxeTravel Asia, unless otherwise noted.
   You may print or download content for personal, non-commercial use only.
   Reproduction, republishing, distribution, or modification of any content on this Site without prior written permission from LuxeTravel Asia is strictly prohibited.
3. Use at Your Own Risk
   Decisions made based on information found on this Site are at your own risk. LuxeTravel Asia is not responsible for any resulting consequences.
4. Eligibility
   The Site is accessible to all ages; however, only individuals aged 18 or older may make bookings or purchase services.
5. User Submissions
   Any non-confidential comments, suggestions, or feedback submitted to LuxeTravel Asia may be used for service enhancement, marketing, or promotional purposes without compensation to you.
6. Accuracy of Information
   While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors or omissions may occur. LuxeTravel Asia reserves the right to correct such errors without prior notice.
   If a correction affects published pricing, we will honor the price at the time of your confirmed reservation.
7. External Links
   Links to third-party websites are provided for your convenience. LuxeTravel Asia is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies.

II. Service Terms & Conditions

1. Payments, Unused Services & Refunds
   Details regarding deposits, final payments, cancellations, and refunds will be included in your personalized Tour Proposal.
2. Children Policy
3. Children under 12 years old generally receive a 25% discount when accompanied by at least two full-paying adults and sharing the same room. Extra beds are charged at the full adult rate.
4. Itineraries: Accommodation and scheduled sightseeing may change due to circumstances beyond our control. LuxeTravel Asia will make every reasonable effort to operate tours as planned.
5. Early Check-in: Early check-in is not included unless otherwise stated. Most hotels allow check-in in the mid-afternoon. Early check-in can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
6. Active Elements & Fitness Requirements: Travelers should be aware of international travel risks and relevant health requirements. Adventure itineraries may include activities such as trekking, cycling, kayaking, and walking on uneven terrain. A basic level of physical fitness is required. Please consult your travel specialist if unsure.
7. Insurance (Mandatory): Travel insurance is required for all travelers. You are responsible for reviewing your policy to ensure adequate coverage, including medical evacuation and trip cancellation.
8. Photography Consent: LuxeTravel Asia may take photographs during tours for promotional use. By booking, you grant permission for your image to be used. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your Tour Leader at the start of your trip.
9. Travel Documentation: You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas, and travel permits. Your travel advisor may assist upon request, but LuxeTravel Asia is not liable for any failure to obtain required documentation.
10. Luggage Allowance: Airline baggage regulations vary by carrier. Excess baggage fees are your responsibility. Some regional airlines require all luggage to have a locking device; non-compliance may result in refusal of carriage.
11. Complaints & Claims: If you are dissatisfied with any service, please notify your tour guide or advisor immediately so we can rectify the issue. All claims must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the end of your tour. Evidence and receipts should be included. Claims submitted after the 15 period will not be considered. LuxeTravel Asia serves as an intermediary between clients and suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and boat operators.
12. Communications: If you do not receive a response from LuxeTravel Asia within 48 hours regarding a booking, modification, or cancellation, be sure to contact our customer service hotline immediately.
13. Booking Confirmation & Service Vouchers: Confirmations are typically issued within 2 working days. A service voucher will be issued once your booking is confirmed and payment is completed.

III. Liability, Responsibility & Force Majeure

1. LuxeTravel Asia is not liable for loss, injury, damage, delays, or itinerary changes caused by:
   • weather conditions
   • mechanical failures
   • acts of government
   • wars, civil disturbances, strikes, or riots
   • epidemics, quarantines, or health regulations
   • theft, fraud, or third-party negligence
   • terrorist activities
   • any other circumstances beyond our control
2. Travelers must have comprehensive travel insurance, including medical and evacuation coverage.
3. We are not responsible for:

•  third-party service failures (airlines, hotels, cruise operators, etc.)
• client non-compliance with customs or legal regulations
• loss or theft of personal belongings
• injuries resulting from participation in adventure activities

4. LuxeTravel Asia reserves the right to adjust itineraries, substitute services, or cancel tours.
If we cancel a tour before departure, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us.

5. LuxeTravel Asia may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior  notice.
