LuxeTravel Asia – Payment Guide

We aim to make your booking experience seamless, transparent, and secure. Below is a complete guide to the payment methods accepted by LuxeTravel Asia, along with important notes to ensure smooth processing.

1. General Payment Information

• A 30% deposit of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking.

• The remaining balance is due according to the schedule outlined in your personalized itinerary or invoice.

• LuxeTravel Asia accepts payments via Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, Western Union, and Cash (in-country).

• A 3% processing fee applies to Visa and Mastercard online payments.

• Any fees charged by your bank, card provider, or payment intermediary must be covered by the sender.

2. Secure Payment Methods

A. Bank Transfer (Recommended for Large Payments)

Bank transfers are the safest and most cost-effective method for high-value transactions.

Important Notes:

• Please email your transfer receipt to us as soon as the payment is completed.

• Once payment is received, we will begin securing your reservations.

• All international bank charges (including correspondent bank fees) must be covered by the sender.

B. Credit/Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard)

Payments can be made securely via OnePay, one of Vietnam’s leading payment gateways.

A 3% processing fee applies to all card transactions.

How it works:

1. You will receive a secure Payment Link by email.

2. Verify all information on the invoice.

3. Review our Terms & Conditions and click Submit.

4. You will be redirected to the OnePay gateway (URL begins with www.onepay.vn).

5. Enter your card details and complete the payment.

Security Measures:

• LuxeTravel Asia does not store your card information.

• All data is encrypted via SSL in compliance with international payment security standards.

• If we detect unusual activity, LuxeTravel Asia reserves the right to request an alternative payment method for your protection.

C. Western Union

Western Union is a fast, convenient global transfer service (www.westernunion.com).
You may send money online using a credit card or through your local Western Union agent.

Important:

• LuxeTravel Asia does not cover Western Union transfer fees.

• Please contact us for recipient details if you choose this method.

D. Cash Payments (Upon Arrival)

You may choose to settle your remaining balance in cash at the LuxeTravel Asia office or directly with our authorized accounts team upon arrival.
This option helps avoid additional processing or banking fees.

• We will never request your full credit card details or passwords via email.
