9:00 Transfer by car to the trekking point and embark on a rewarding trek through the scenic countryside. Your walk leads you to Ma Tra Village, home to the Black H’Mong people. Then, board the Red Bridge boat for a relaxing 25-minute cruise along the scenic Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. Keep your camera ready to capture glimpses of authentic river life.

Upon arrival, explore the cooking school’s fragrant herb garden before beginning the hands-on cooking experience. For about two hours, skilled chefs will demonstrate how to prepare several iconic Vietnamese dishes, which you will then create yourself.
