The First Day Boarding: Our driver will pick you up at the hotel, departing 3 hours to Halong Bay – a World Natural Heritage site recognized by UNESCO twice. A sumptuous lunch will be served on board while the ship sails further to the Bay, make your time to admire its dramatic limestone islands.
You can rest on the sundeck or relax in your cabin. In the afternoon, you will have time to swim in the warm and calm water or get on the kayaks of your choice. The Second Day. We will continue our journey on Halong Bay in the early morning. A Tai Chi Class on the sun deck is a must that you should not miss when on the cruise.

10.30 Take a cruise back to the jetty, enjoy a brunch on the boat, disembark the cruise, and transfer to the Noi Bai airport for a flight to Danang.
Tra Que is a charming little village on the edge of Hoi An, named after the sweet-scented vegetables that spice up the everyday meals of the Pho Hoi people. Here is a new spirit for traditional Hoi An specialties like Cao Lau, and Quang noodles, enjoy the cooking class served by the host with the local ‘Tam Huu’ spring roll, primarily made from Tra Que vegetables and cake with meat (Banh Xeo). Experience a day of living and working with the local people in the Tra Que vegetable village, in which you will have a chance to discover the daily life of farmers.
08:30: Crossing the small streets by car or bicycle, you can leisurely cycle on the village roads through the fields towards Tra Que vegetable village – A local farm. Take a short stroll around the vegetable garden, and then you can join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it with seaweed from the local lake. The following steps are raking the ground, sowing, watering, picking vegetables, and other gardening activities. After all these activities, you will rest before lunch. Your lunch will consist of many local delicacies, including ‘Tam Huu’ spring roll, Banh Xeo, or local pancakes of the people in the middle region. You can join the cooking demonstration with the chef for the meals.
14.00: Farewell & back to Hoi An and do a Walking Tour: Explore Hoi An’s charming World Heritage ancient town, renowned for its preserved architecture, car-free streets, and local cuisine. Stroll past old merchant houses, the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, and the Chinese Assembly Halls. Visit the bustling market and enjoy the town’s atmospheric sights. Your entrance ticket grants access to five attractions for 24 hours, including Hoi An Ancient Town.
Free for shopping, strolling around, or resting on the beach before being transferred to the Danang airport for flying to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, meet our guide and drive to the hotel.
08.00: After breakfast at the hotel, meet your guide and driver, and do a 1,5-hour drive, you will arrive at Cu Chi Tunnels where you will start discovering to enrich and experience a web-like tunnel system of more than 200km in length which is used to be the shelters of guerrillas and V.C during the war. These extensive underground tunnels, initially constructed in 1948, played a crucial role in sheltering Viet Cong guerrillas during ground operations.
The tunnels served as multifunctional hubs, offering shelter, communication routes, and storage for essentials like hospitals, food, and weaponry.
Drive back to HCM city for lunch, then take a tour to discover the city by visiting the Reunification Palace, formerly known as the Presidential Palace. This fascinating building is filled with history and evidence of the former Saigon government. The tour includes the War Remnants Museum, the Old Post Office, the iconic Notre Dame Cathedral, and Ben Thanh Market.

08.00: After breakfast, your guide will take you to Cai Be. On arrival, get on a boat and visit the Cai Be floating market. Then cruise to some villages on islands, walking on the paths to see the local daily life: orchards, schools, churches, pagodas, and traditional houses. On the way, we can stop to see the locals making rice paper for spring rolls, rice vodka, coconut candy, pop rice…Then, take a rowing boat to go deeper into the countryside on smaller canals to enjoy a peaceful lifetime.
Lunch at a local home restaurant and then keep cruising back to the Pier, meet our bus, and drive back to Saigon

Angkor Wat: Considered one of the Eight Wonders of the World. It’s the largest religious structure ever constructed, encompassing temples, pagodas, statues, palaces, and chambers. Built during the height of the Khmer Empire’s power, Angkor Wat was dedicated to King Suryavarman II.
Angkor Thom: Encircled by a grand moat, Angkor Thom resembles a fortified citadel more than a religious site. Four monumental gates grant access in each cardinal direction: north, south, east, and west. The fifth, Victory Gate, leads eastward from the Angkor Thom Royal Palace grounds. Once, each gate was connected by a causeway, but today, only the south gate retains its watery approach.
Bayon Temple: Built in the late 12th to early 13th century under King Jayavarman VII’s reign, Bayon Temple is renowned for its iconic stone faces. From a distance, it appears as a mountain, but as you approach, the multitude of serene stone visages becomes apparent. Second only to Angkor Wat in significance, Bayon Temple holds a special place in the hearts of those who explore its labyrinthine corridors.
Ta Prohm: Situated in the western part of the Angkor Wat Complex, Ta Prohm boasts a unique charm. Its massive stones blend seamlessly with the towering trees that overtake the site. This temple was built under King Jayavarman VII as part of his ambitious monastery and university construction program. Its enchanting and somewhat mysterious atmosphere made it a fitting location for scenes in the movie “Tomb Raider.” Note: The best time to visit is in the afternoon when the enormous trees provide welcome shade.
Overnight in Siem Reap.
8:00 AM, drive to Ta Prak Village, 25 minutes out of town. A packed breakfast from the hotel will be taken, and on arrival, you will meet and sit down with a local family and share it with them, and learn about local village life early in the morning.
From here, take a 30-minute ox cart ride through the village to a local market. Take a short walk through this bustling center and be introduced to Cambodian vegetables, herbs, fruits, and other local produce. Continue 1 km by foot through the picturesque countryside village, stopping to meet the local community on the way to observe whatever seasonal activity is happening at that time, such as rice planting, weaving thatch roofs, planting or harvesting vegetable crops, making fish traps, etc. Each tour will be different and the activities will depend on the time of the year, the family, and the needs of the local village. The surrounding countryside, paddy fields, and sugar palm trees are typical of Cambodia. End the morning at the local pagoda, where a special water Blessing by Buddhist Monks awaits.
At the end of your ride, have fresh coconut juice.
Travel out to Kampong Phluk in Tonle Sap Lake, a village a bit further away but which receives very few tourists. Thus, this village is the best place to see the authentic life of the local fisherman and their families who live amongst the flooded mangrove forest. At Kampong Phluk, board a local boat for a ride on the lake. On the way, see houses on stilts submerged by the lake, pass by floating houses and impressive flooded forests, and get a good feel for life on the water. Enjoy the beautiful scenery dominated by the tranquility of the lake. You will have lunch at a local restaurant during your tours.
