08:00 – Our guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel to begin the day’s exploration:

Your first stop is Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s ancient capital, where you will spend about one hour visiting the Dinh and Le Temples—the two remaining sanctuaries of the ancient citadel.

• The first temple is dedicated to Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang (Dinh Bo Linh) of the Dinh Dynasty, who unified the country after conquering the Ngo Dynasty.
